Europe – July 2025
Since the beginning of 2025, the Family Charter project has witnessed a state of growth and expansion within the European continent. Significant signs of expansion have begun to emerge through growing membership, strengthening geographic presence in new countries, and steadily activating its field and institutional activities.

In this context, expansion has emerged in three major European countries: France, Switzerland, and Italy, following the project's recent consolidation of its presence in Germany. The executive team has moved to these countries through field visits that have contributed to assessing the work environment and building relationships, paving the way for an effective presence in each office. Volunteer teams have also been formed in Switzerland and Italy, reflecting the growing public support for the initiative and the willingness of young professionals to support its vision.

At the administrative level, the organizational structure has been completed in the project's offices across Europe. The teams have begun implementing a targeted marketing plan related to the "Plant a Tree in My Name" initiative, which aims to consolidate family values and the connection to the land within the Charter's vocabulary. Member data was also documented, and institutionalization was strengthened by issuing membership certificates translated into each country's official language and distributing them to relevant stakeholders in the offices.

The current phase also witnessed intensive periodic meetings, during which coordination was achieved between team members, along with the presentation of development ideas that take into account the diverse cultural environments in Europe and meet the needs of the Arab and Palestinian communities in particular.

The Family Charter's field presence was not absent from the public events scene, as the team participated in a series of diverse public activities and meetings held in several German cities. The first was a lecture on the history of Palestine, held in cooperation with the Welfalter Association in Kaiserslautern, which attracted an attendance of approximately 60 people. The activity then shifted to a Ramadan atmosphere with an informative bazaar organized in partnership with the Jewels Encounter Association and the Arabic Language Club in the same city, with over 200 participants.

By April, strong participation was evident in Palestinian Heritage Day in Cologne, in cooperation with the Palestinian Community Association. The event halls were filled with approximately 250 visitors who interacted with the Charter's exhibits and activities. The project then moved into the academic arena, participating in a scientific day organized by the University of Bonn in coordination with the Muslim Students Association. The team participated with an introductory table featuring Palestinian educational materials and symbolic products, along with raising awareness about issues of identity and the boycott.

Community engagement continued on other occasions, including Eid al-Adha, which brought together Arab students, both Muslim and non-Muslim, in Bonn. In addition, there was a significant presence at Women's Day in Bottrop, in cooperation with the Maghrebi Women's Association.

In terms of media influence, the Family Charter team in Europe maintained a steady pace of disseminating awareness-raising content through a series of weekly publications published on the Voice of Women Association's website. These publications addressed topics related to family structure, family roles, and the Charter's values in a manner appropriate to the community audience.

This diverse performance, encompassing geographic expansion, institutional organization, and community and media presence, demonstrates the team's ability to embody its vision in multilingual and multicultural environments, paving the way for a more impactful path during the second half of the year.
